First C.M. in Utah to get ISO 9001:2000 Certified February 1999, Wolf Management decided to pursue ISO registration. In just three months, Wolf had finished writing their quality manual, procedures, work instructions and training program. Though hiring consultants would have facilitated the process dramatically, Wolf’s senior management decided that in order for the program to be most beneficial over time, it needed to be created from within. Incredibly within six months Wolf received its ISO 9002 certification—a phenomenal accomplishment by anyone's standard.
